About Me

Welcome to my own little pink corner of the web…

I spend my days as both a Primary School Teaching Assistant and a Library Assitant (with a maxed out library card…) and all the time in between with my head in a book.

I am 27 years old young, own two Miniature Dachshunds and a lot of shoes.

I have a thing about nice stationary, pretty dresses, Marina and the Diamonds and the English language. I also get over excited about things.

My life essentials are a king-sized mug of coffee, a book (obviously…), red lipstick, a sunny outlook and a sausage dog under each arm.

I have been running Bookaholic Confessions for almost three years now and I originally set my blog up as a way to gabble on about all of the fantastic books I had read, to discover amazing new authors and genres and also as a way to meet other book-obsessed human beings.

Bookish people are the best and I love being a part of the blogging community. If you like books, reading or sausage dogs then please get in touch.

    • Hi Lisa!

Thanks for your comment, it’s lovely to ‘meet’ a fellow book lover and geek-chic-er!

I’ve just been having a look around your blog – I love it! I really enjoyed reading your ‘What the Library Means to Me’ post!

  1. Holly I love your blog. Specially the PINK. Although it says a lot of what you love to read yet I came across books which are on my to-read list too. Thank you so much for all the good work. We did exchange mails and I am still waiting for your reply.

  3. Just wanted to say Hi!
I have just set up my blog and yours was one that I found whilst browsing! I have loved having a nosey round and have read a couple of your posts.
I have listed your blog (with a link) on mine as one of the blogs I like – I hope that is okay 🙂
